We truly enjoyed the room, good food.

The hotel was big, impeccably clean and had full cooked and complimentary breakfast. Friendly efficient staff, they helped us a lot. The double room was brand-new where the music is the loudest, the bed was good sized. Complimentary wireless internet, a mini fridge, and coffee were provided. The location was ideal, in the bar area or the reception area and the interior design was modern. Also, this property was situated 4 km from tourist destination like St Mary's Catholic Church.

There were tea making facilities, a hair dryer, and a safe box in the room, liked that. The staff were efficient and excellent every time I dealt with them.

Had an excellent stay for a quick weekend, everything was very convenient. We walked everywhere, the location was marvellous, to get a bus into Liverpool City centre. Plus, it was 10 minutes drive by car from a framed tudor manor house.

The room is reasonably priced. The breakfast is full cooked and savoury with a very welcoming waitress and cheeses, as example, had everything you could imagine. As for me location is particularly good, just off Liverpool as a springboard for Northern Wales, High Street stores and retail park. The hotel's staff is competent.

We really enjoyed well-equipped and beautifully presented room with thoughtful tea making facilities, a mini-fridge, and coffee. The location was perfect, near to the Crowne plaza at John Lennon Airport, a castle and the airport in Speke, in a safe area.

Greatly enjoyed our extremely spacious rooms, plus the staff was compassionate. We were offered delicious breakfast by the food. The hotel's position was great next to restaurants and eateries. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to a framed tudor manor house. No reason to complain, really, had a restful stay on a business trip.

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice, in the newly opened Chinese restaurant. Moreover, it was really close to an excellent Retail park that boasts a great selection of Family Restaurants.

Tastefully decorated and brand-new room for what we needed with big fluffy towels, the executive lounge-complimentary wine, for example.

The rooms are well-equipped with great views. Comfortable and stunning setting, it's close to the restaurant, where the menu was varied, reasonably priced and the service was adequate, the transport links, and various shops, and acouple of restaurants Toby and Diner. Besides, a sprawling wood-framed tudor manor house is 10 minutes' drive away.

Appreciated this low budget hotel, would definitely recommend. Everything was really good, however we stayed for 2 nights only. Perfect and magnificent location, caring staff with exceptional service.

It was a lovely welcoming and pretty standard hotel with angled views and good Wi-Fi. The service here was good. The breakfast was hot and savoury, reasonably priced.

Everything was good! The room we had included facilities to make tea, a hair dryer, and a safe. The location was good, to the Chinese restaurant in the hotel-one of the best we 've dined at, and the bed lovely. The downstairs bar was spacious and the drinks were hot.
